We could not be more proud of Rory Hambrook, the youngest member of the Roofrite team, for taking home the honours in the recent Plumbing & Fire Industry Awards. Rory won the The Frank Maskell General Plumbing Award, open to fourth year plumbing apprentices.

The Frank Maskell General Plumbing Award

This award is named after Frank Maskell who joined the Master Plumbers’ and Mechanical Services Association in 1902. Frank was a keen and active member who was instrumental in helping the plumbing industry develop. This award is given to a fourth year Apprentice who has excelled in general studies – including sanitary, drainage and roofing. (The winner of this award is eligible for the Gold Medal Award).
